Thanks to Dan Murray, friend of Jarhead Wine Company, for sending us the following note and accompanying photo in the wake of the recent earthquake near the border:
“I’m writing from my hootch in El Centro, CA. We got hit pretty hard with that 7.2 earthquake. My house was pretty trashed, but a bottle of Jarhead Red that a fellow Marine gave me fell five feet and landed on a tile floor, and did not break! A lot of other stuff broke, but your bottle survived. I took a picture when we first walked in the house. Semper Fidelis!”
